Security is one of the most significant concerns for you (the shopper) and us (the retailer) during an online transaction. In reality though, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm algorithms.
Secure Online Payment
For maximum security, we do not keep any of your payment details (credit card information etc.) on our system. This information is requested and processed in the secure confines of the e-commerce gateways we use, namely, WorldPay and PayPal.
Printree (the trading name for CreateOnline) operates globally and provides the ability to accept and settle payment in several currencies. The main currencies offered are British Pounds, Euros and American Dollars. If you have any questions please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Details of the e-commerce gateways we use are explained below.
WorldPay accepts a number of credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Delta and JCB. The WorldPay payment system uses innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. WorldPay's public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensures that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.
The transfers of the purchase details from Prints Place to WorldPay are encapsulated using WorldPay's own encrypted and digitally signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via a so-called secure socket layer (SSL).
Upon completion of your successful order transaction WorldPay always sends a confirmation email to you. Please note that WorldPay will NEVER ask you to provide confidential information (e.g. Banking passwords etc) by email.
PayPal accepts (amongst others): MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Delta, JCB and Amex or PayPal’s own debit card.
PayPal has optimized their checkout experience by launching an exciting new improvement to their payment flow.
For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete your payment first, and then decide whether to save your information for future purchases. Upon completion of your successful order transaction PayPal will always sends a confirmation email to you. Please note that PayPal will NEVER ask you to provide confidential information (e.g. Banking passwords etc) by email.
3. Paying by Cheque
